Basement Remodel

Presented with a completely blank canvas, MoTeK worked with the customer to design and build out this basement remodel job, adding 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a storage room, and a living space. Updates to come...

Custom Shelving

Totally designed by MoTeK, this 12-foot-tall built-in shelving unit was constructed completely on site to accommodate a record player hookup to the room's stereo system and custom shelves for records. In the same room, pictured below (unfinished), a subwoofer was built into the room's adjacent closet and accented with a custom wainscoting

MoTeK worked with the customer to design and develop the optimal working area for a laundry space provided. The home is almost 7000 square feet so, counter space and storage was desperately needed at this lake home.
